A: Pricing is based on mileage, delivery priority, and any additional factors such as next-day or overnight services. Quotes are calculated instantly, then reviewed internally for approval.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: Extra charges may apply for overnight, weekend, or next-day deliveries. All fees will be clearly listed in your quote before approval.
Scheduling & Availability
Q: How do I schedule a delivery?
A: Once your quote is approved, we’ll confirm availability and create a delivery schedule. You’ll receive a reference number and invoice for tracking.
Q: Can I book same-day or next-day delivery?
A: Yes. We offer expedited and priority options, subject to availability.

A: Our internal system syncs with our calendar to ensure no double-booking of loads or time slots.
Invoicing & Payments

A: Invoices are generated automatically once your delivery is approved. Each invoice includes a unique invoice number and customer reference number.

Tracking & Support
Q: How do I track my delivery?
A: We email your reference number after scheduling and send automatic status updates (pickup → en route/ETA → delivered). The final email includes a Proof of Delivery (POD) with timestamp, recipient name, and signature of receipt, plus a downloadable PDF (photos/GPS on request).
